We happily accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit for all qualifying orders. If you are not satisfied with the item you received, just contact us via email within 15 days after received the package.



All returns must be unused, unworn and resellable condition. Products that are altered or damaged, including scuffs, smudges, scratches and cologne/perfume odor do not qualify and will be sent back to you. EP does not provide prepaid shipping labels.
Shipping fees are not refundable. If you want to exchange within the return window for a different size or style, you can return the item for store credit and place a new order for the size or style that you desire. Once a return is approved, customers have 7 days to send back their purchase. Returns postmarked after 7 days will be refused and sent back at the customers expense. Please allow up to 5 business days after your exchange has been processed for your item(s) to ship (exclusions apply for items on back-order).



We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@stunningallure.com

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@stunningallure.com
